What this is.
A pantry-driven recipe library, kept honest by a camera.
The method here is simple and a little stubborn: photograph the pantry, the fridge door, and the flour shelf down to the back row. Photograph the farmers market haul on the way in. Then plan the week's cooking around what those photos actually show — proteins from Wild Fork, produce from the market, and a deep bench of staples that get reached for again and again.
Every recipe becomes a card. The cards are built to teach, not just to list: each method step carries a short why explaining the move, so the technique travels with you to the next cook. Quantities scale to the number of people at the table, and any card prints clean for the kitchen counter.
The gear leans outdoor — a GMG pellet smoker for low-and-slow, a Weber for high-heat searing, a Cuisinart pizza oven pushed hot for char. Reverse sear is the default for anything thick. And Calabrian chili shows up far more than it should.
